SNOW DAY - Due to the freeway closure and local road conditions, DES will be calling a SNOW DAY today, 12/16.
There will be a LATE START tomorrow, 12/16. Class will begin at 10:00 AM. The bus is scheduled to run 1.5 hours later than the regular time.
Friday, 12/17, is a MINIMUM DAY. The bus will depart DES at 1:00 PM. SAFE will be closed for Professional Development.
Reminder that today is a MINIMUM DAY. K-3 is released at 1:00, 4-8 is released at 12:45. SAFE is available and the bus will run at the regular time.
Dr. Higer is offering the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine for children 5 to 11 years old. She is the only provider in South County doing them at this time. She is not limiting the vaccines to only her patients, and is willing to give it to anyone who calls to make an appointment. To schedule an appointment at her Mt. Parents: When dropping your kids off at school, please pull forward to the office. DO NOT STOP AT THE GATE TO DROP THEM OFF. The hill up to the school is slick. Sorry for the constant reminders about this, but I still see this happening every day. Thank you!
